Made-to-measure Blinds: Custom blinds are produced with a tolerance of +/- 5mm, plus any recess deductions. Please follow our measuring guide to ensure accuracy.
Blackout Roman & Pleated Blinds: Ordering blackout Roman or Pleated blinds may result in very small stitch holes where the lining is. If this occurs, we minimize these as much as possible.
Pattern Matching for Multiple Blinds: If you’ve ordered multiple blinds with a pattern for the same window, please contact us after ordering to ensure seamless pattern matching, as it’s not done by default.
Our Product Images: Images are illustrative. We recommend ordering up to 8 free samples with next-day delivery and using our Augmented Reality feature before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
All our blinds are manufactured and supplied in compliance with the BS EN 13120 Child Safety regulation. Each blind includes a child safety device that secures the cords and chains to the wall, reducing the risk of strangulation. Additionally, every blind is designed with a maximum chain length of one meter to keep it out of reach of young children.

It’s lovely
I wanted day and night blinds but vertical not horizontal, I was also working within quite a tight budget. Zen shades came up and looked perfect. It was such a straightforward process from measuring through supply and fitting that I felt I must be missing something but it really was that simple and straightforward. I was a little surprised ( worried) when they arrived with the slats/ blinds rolled up in the packaging, but I hadn’t realised they were not the traditionally used more rigid slats, but are more of a net curtain weight/ type material, and an ingenious design which works really well as a day/ night screen, Whilst also allowing quiet movement of the blinds when the windows are open, and no tangling up of the slats that you get with the more rigid ones that are chained together top and bottom. Installation really was very simple and straightforward again we kept thinking we must be missing something “ surely it can’t be that simple” but it really was. I need to trim a few of the slats at one end but that’s because our old windows sills aren’t entirely level, because of the material and design I am able to do this. Really am very pleased with these blinds. Customer service and communication and efficiency all 100% Will definitely use this company again for any future requirements and won’t hesitate to recommend them .

Amazing blinds, great customer service too. They look so stylish and gives us the option of having privacy day and night , we can also pull them right back if we have our bifolds open and not bulky like curtain, I must admit we did look at having voiles and curtains but having a 3 metre and a 2mtre bifold was so expensive and didn’t give us the look we wanted, these were the perfect option at a fraction of the price. So pleased with them.
Good quality, very nice looking
It was easy to measure my patio window for the sheer blinds. It was easy to install the blinds but I am a little disappointed that the hooks do t glide along the head rail very smoothly and the wand doesn’t turn very smoothly.
