Measuring made-to-measure blinds doesn’t have to be stressful. With our PerfectFit Guarantee, you can order with confidence knowing that small, genuine measuring errors won’t leave you stuck with unusable blinds.
What is the PerfectFit Guarantee?
The PerfectFit Guarantee is an optional protection purchased with your order. It allows you to replace or resize your blinds if a genuine measuring error has been made, subject to the terms below.
If your measurements are slightly incorrect, we’ll help you achieve the right fit quickly and at a controlled cost — without needing to place a brand-new order.
What’s Covered
If your original measurements are incorrect by up to 5 cm (either width or drop), we will offer a replacement or resized blind.
You will only need to pay:

any price difference if the revised measurements are larger, and

a £10 delivery charge per blind for sending the replacement blinds.
No additional manufacturing fees apply within the permitted tolerance.

Before we can process the replacement, please return the original blinds to us — make sure to keep the original packaging so they can be securely packed for transit.

Limitations and Terms for PerfectFit Guarantee
1. Eligibility Requirements
• The PerfectFit Guarantee must be purchased at the time of the original order. It cannot be added retrospectively.
• Claims can only be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the blinds, as verified by the delivery tracking information.
2. Proof of Issue
• Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the blinds not fitting correctly, including:
• Measurements of the blinds received (width and drop).
• Photos showing how the blinds do not fit the intended space.
3. Measurement Variation Limit
• Adjustments are only eligible for measurement discrepancies within +/- 5cm of the original measurements.
• Larger deviations are not covered under the PerfectFit Guarantee.
4. Product Condition
• Returned blinds must be in original, unused condition and free from any damage, stains, or modifications by the customer.
• Blinds that have been cut, altered, damaged, or permanently installed are not eligible.
5. Shipping and Returns
• Customers must return the original blinds at their own cost to us to process a claim.
• The £10 delivery fee for the replacement applies for each claim.
6. One-Time Use
• The PerfectFit Guarantee can only be used once per blind. Further adjustments will not be covered under the same purchase.
7. Excluded Products
• Certain products, such as heavily discounted or clearance items, custom designs, or special materials, may not be eligible for the PerfectFit Guarantee. When these exclusions apply, the PerfectFit guarantee won't be available for purchase.
8. Fraud Prevention Measures
• Zen Blinds reserves the right to investigate claims that appear suspicious or repetitive.
• Any misuse of the PerfectFit Guarantee (e.g., consistent incorrect measurements or contradictory evidence) may result in denial of the claim and forfeiture of the guarantee for future orders.
9. Exclusions for Intentional Errors
• The guarantee does not cover intentional over- or under-sizing for any purpose other than fitting the blinds to the specified measurements.
10. Non-Transferable Guarantee
• The PerfectFit Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or subsequent property owner.
11. Manufacturing & Lead Times
Replacement blinds are manufactured using current pricing, specifications, and lead times at the time the replacement is approved.
12. Installation Exclusion
The PerfectFit Guarantee does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, mounting choice, or installation method.
