I got them, and they look great! The first railing was a little bit weak, but I spoke with Customer Services, and they were super responsive. They sent a new, way better railing immediately. They are now super easy to open and look really nice and airy!

Wow!! We are so pleased with this blind. The whole process from measuring, completing the order and receiving the blind was so easy. There was no hidden trickey measurements I needed to supply and the website was so simple to follow through when measuring and completing to order. I was kept up to date while waiting for my order, which arrived 1 day earlier than expected 😊 and the packaging it arrived in was enough to keep it from getting damaged during transport but not too much it would take forever to open. The blind arrived immaculate. When fitting the blind into the window recess, again was very easy and the fit is perfect. We are so pleased with the blind that we have decided to order the same blinds for our 2 front windows. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friend and family. Thank you 😊

Never purchased vertical blinds before so hesitant to purchase online with a company I had no experience of. Should not have been concerned! Easy to order, excellent follow ups kept me informed, and finished product was a delight. I am now going to order another 3 blinds to complete the set.

I have now ordered four sets of blinds from Zen Shades. Before ordering the first set, I wasn't able to fully visualise what they were going to look like when installed as I've never seen any day/night sheer vertical blinds before but I'm absolutely thrilled with all four sets. They give the perfect balance between light and privacy. They were easy to install and a very competitve price compared to other blind suppliers. As far as I am concerned, the competitve price did not compromise the quality. The first order of two blinds arrived earlier than expected but we had to wait longer for the second order although they were delivered within the stated timescales. If you are concerned about privacy when the blinds are open, the one picture I have attached that is taken from outside our property shows the blinds open and there is someone standing inside right in front of the blind but they cannot be seen. I especially like the fact that the blinds are not rigid and attached at the bottom and therefore move gently if there's a breeze. This gives a much softer effect than the fixed vertical blinds that remind me of an office. If I need to purchase blinds again I will not hesitate to use Zen Shades.
I love product idea but it need to develop. Item's perforated side shows inside when you look from outside. Also as a customer expecting one peace spare part. That kind of gift makes happy customers.
Love the look, love the contrast of colours and goes excellent with my colour scheme, very good quality and fits perfect. Look amazing and hang at just the right length. Instructions r a bit light, so more details of how to fit would have been useful but we got round it. The question was more about how flush the blind would be against the inset, so not everyone would have these issues. Would definitely purchase again. Thank u.
We needed a some type of window dressing to help reduce sunglare through our 8’ windows. We’d previously had Roman blinds, they were ok but they were a pain in the butt to move up / down and no one produce 1 large enough for our window - we had to install three separate ones. I’d loved the idea of the day/night blinds but wanted more than two colours to fit with our newly decorated living room decor. I literally stumbled across Zen Blinds and this multi coloured day / night blind - it is just large enough to fit our windows and looks stunning inside and outside our home. Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend.
