Made-to-measure Blinds: Custom blinds are produced with a tolerance of +/- 5mm, plus any recess deductions. Please follow our measuring guide to ensure accuracy.
Blackout Roman & Pleated Blinds: Ordering blackout Roman or Pleated blinds may result in very small stitch holes where the lining is. If this occurs, we minimize these as much as possible.
Pattern Matching for Multiple Blinds: If you’ve ordered multiple blinds with a pattern for the same window, please contact us after ordering to ensure seamless pattern matching, as it’s not done by default.
Our Product Images: Images are illustrative. We recommend ordering up to 8 free samples with next-day delivery and using our Augmented Reality feature before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.

Each blind includes a child safety device that secures the cords and chains to the wall, reducing the risk of strangulation. Additionally, every blind is designed with a maximum chain length of one meter to keep it out of reach of young children.

These blinds are just perfect for every window, not only do they serve there purpose of cutting out the bright sunshine and closing out the night at evening time. Not only that Zen blinds glamorous there surroundings and great for the price.
These blinds are fantastic! High quality and easy to measure. The samples arrived the next day, which made choosing the perfect shade so simple.
A super product, very well made and exactly made for my windows
Our blind was a non-standard order as it is 2.5m wide. The first order was damaged in transit, but Zen were extremely helpful and responsive, arranging for a new custom blind to be made up and sent out. It fits perfectly, given the width of the window. Fitting was easy (just make sure that if you are drilling into a concrete lintel, you will need a drill with enough umph!). The ordering process was very easy and delivery was very quick, given that the blinds are built to order. The only thing I would say is that the packaging could be sturdier with care handling instructions. Especially as the blinds had to travel across Europe and into the UK.

Really easy ce I found the instructions on line. Look wonderful I'm really pleased with them. Would have given 5 stars if the mechanism had been quieter. The bobbly chain makes quite a noise when you lift or lower them.
Blind was hard to source due to very wide window. We are very happy with the look of the blind; and your ability to make a custom length blind which operates smoothly!

It is up to you to double check your measurements and colour etc. That done it is straight forward. Zen kept me informed until arrival. The blinds were well packaged and arrived safely. They are easy to fit and use and they look very good.
